Myrangoli™ FRP and Dual Laminate ducts and fittings are ideal for conveying corrosive gases and fumes generated during industrial processes. We design and manufacture custom, prefabricated round, rectangular, and oval-shaped ducting systems.
FRP and Dual Laminate duct pipes and fittings offer significantly better performance compared to steel, aluminum, or conventional PVC systems. They provide excellent strength, superior corrosion resistance, good acoustic performance, uniform airflow characteristics, and resistance to moisture and soil-related corrosion. Additional advantages include their versatility and compatibility with complex plant layouts.
Myrangoli™ also offers FRP and Dual Laminate industrial hoods in various configurations such as triangular, arch, downdraft, updraft, side lateral, canopy, and lip-type designs. These hoods are suitable for handling corrosive and volatile exhausts, mists, vapors, gases, aerosols, and fine particles. The hoods capture fumes and direct them into the ducting system through forced draft generated by blowers. The fumes are then treated in scrubber systems before the cleaned air is discharged through stacks (chimneys).
Myrangoli™ designs, manufactures, and installs FRP and Dual Laminate stacks (chimneys), available in both free-standing and supported constructions. These stacks can be engineered in virtually any size to handle exhaust streams from various industrial processes. FRP and Dual Laminate stacks are designed to withstand corrosive gases at temperatures above 120°C and offer excellent resistance to harsh weather conditions.
We use hand lay-up (contact moulded) construction techniques for manufacturing FRP and Dual Laminate ducts, hoods, and stacks. Jointing is carried out using butt-and-wrap or flanged connections. The systems can be supplied with accessories such as guy cables, threaded rods, ladders, platforms, support rings, and lighting, as per customer requirements.
