Myrangoli™ Designs, manufactures and commissions Reaction Vessels (Reactor, Mixing Vessels or Tank) along with Agitator, Steam Sparger / Thermowell, Drive Assembly & Assembly Stool in diversified shapes like Vertical, Cylindrical, Dished, Conical, Flat Slope Slant and Flat Bottom-Top in Variant Sizes & Capacity. Vessels are ideal replacement to the Conventional Standard Steel (SS), MS/Rubber Line (MSRL), MS Tie Line (MSTL) and MS Glass Line (MSGL).

Reaction Vessel and Mixing Vessel with Agitator is required in number of processing operations. Both Heat and Mass transfer are greatly influenced by agitation of mixing. The processing condition ranges from -10 °C to 150 °C, pH 1 to pH 14 and operating at 1 kg to 12 kg pressure in various stages of chemical production. We offer the capacity of Reactor from 500 Ltr. [0.5 KL] upto 1,50,000 Ltr. [ 150 KL].

These Vessels will be manufacturing with Material of Construction like FRP,GRP. (FRB., FRV., FRSEV.) and Dual Laminate PP/FRP., PPH/FRP., PVC/FRP., CPVC/FRP. and PVDF/FRP. The selection of Material of Construction depends upon Chemical Media, Potential of Hydrogen (PH), Purity %, Density, Temperature & Reaction Type. Utmost Care is required while selecting Material of Construction.
