Myrangoli™ designs, manufactures, and commissions Reaction Vessels (Reactors, Mixing
Vessels, or Tanks) complete with agitators, steam spargers, thermowells, drive assemblies,
and support stools. These vessels are manufactured in various configurations such as
vertical, cylindrical, dished, conical, flat, sloped, slant, and flat bottom–top designs,
available in different sizes and capacities.
These vessels serve as an ideal replacement for conventional stainless steel (SS), mild steel rubber lined (MSRL), mild steel tie lined (MSTL), and mild steel glass lined (MSGL) equipment.
Reaction and mixing vessels with agitators are widely used in multiple process operations, where both heat transfer and mass transfer are strongly influenced by effective agitation. The typical operating conditions range from –10°C to 150°C, with pH values from 1 to 14, and operating pressures from 1 kg/cm² to 12 kg/cm², across various stages of chemical processing. We offer reactor capacities ranging from 500 liters (0.5 KL) up to 1,50,000 liters (150 KL).
These vessels are manufactured using materials of construction such as FRP / GRP (FRB, FRV, FRSEV) and Dual Laminate systems including PP/FRP, PPH/FRP, PVC/FRP, CPVC/FRP, and PVDF/FRP. The selection of material depends on factors such as chemical media, pH value, purity percentage, density, operating temperature, and type of reaction.
