Nutsche filtration is a batch filtration technique that uses vacuum and/or pressure. It is a closed /open cylindrical or rectangular tank divided into two compartments accompanied by horizontal bench support, perforated plate & filter cloth. The slurry is fed into the nutsche & vacuum is applied in drainage section for open top or pressure is applied on closed top section. This Process thus benefit from a higher driving force for separation of Solid – Liquid from the slurry. Filter nutsche is very frequently used in Process plants industries.

Myrangoli™ Filters Nutsche can be offered up to operating vacuum of 750mm Hg. or pressure above 12 kg / Sq.cm. capacity ranging from 500 L [0.5 KL] to 50,000 L [50 KL] with Materials of Construction FRP – GRP or Dual Laminates like PP/FRP., PPH/FRP., PVC/FRP., CPVC/FRP. and PVDF/FRP.
