Myrangoli™ specializes in the design and manufacture of steam sparger dip pipes. The sparger delivers high-velocity steam under pressure into reaction vessels for heating chemical slurry operating across pH 1 to pH 14 conditions.
We design and manufacture double-flange steam spargers in PPH, FRSEV, and SS, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and high operating temperatures. These steam spargers provide reliable performance and extended service life, even under highly aggressive process environments.
Thermowells are available in PPH/Ni or PPH/Ta (polypropylene heat-stabilized with nickel alloys or tantalum), providing superior corrosion resistance at continuous operating temperatures above 125°C. In many applications, these thermowells offer significantly longer service life.
We supply both standard and custom sizes and configurations to suit specific process requirements. PPH thermowell dip tube assemblies are provided with C-22 Hastelloy (nickel alloy) or tantalum sensor bottom bush. A small quantity of silicone oil is filled at the bottom of the PPH thermowell dip tube to improve heat transfer efficiency.
Thermowells are used in applications involving pressure, high velocity, and corrosive process media. They protect the sensing instrument and allow removal or replacement of sensors without shutting down the process.
